1.  A Debt Cash Flow Analysis.  IPC’s experience with lenders allows our firm to assess the practice given the same perspective as lending institutions.  This allows both parties to gain an understanding of the feasible financing in order to negotiate price and structure the transaction from the standpoint of lending institution guidelines.

2.  A Practice Evaluation.  Taking the Debt Cash Flow Analysis to the next level allows our firm to make judgements associated with the practice and allocate the price accordingly.  The condition of the equipment, survey of the area and location of the office, the credentials and ability of the office staff are a few examples of more detailed areas that are reviewed, assessed, and outlined in more detail in the Practice Evaluation.
